DELIVERY INFORMATION
How can I track my order?
We strive to deliver our products to customers worldwide. However, if delivery is unavailable due to regional restrictions or logistics issues, please contact us promptly. We also screen all orders; if your location is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately to discuss rescheduling or arrange a full refund.
Once your order ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the logistics carrier’s website for real-time tracking. You can also view tracking details directly on your order status page.
You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your package is dispatched. Please monitor your package’s status closely. Football Custom is not liable for lost or stolen shipments. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the package at your front door. We assume no responsibility for packages after they have been delivered by the courier.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@footballcustom.com ! We will assist you in updating the address before your order ships. Please note that address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
